I feel that there is a lot of diversity to the classes, but it can take a while to get there. Killing Floor 2 has ten different ones for you to choose from these range from a field medic who is fast and all about healing the team to a demolitions expert that can use C4 to blow stuff up.
These are basically the classes that you get to play as. Killing Floor 2 brings back the perks from the first game.
